by iLARIA ROMEO is an Australian company, all orders are dispatched Monday to Friday AEST. Unfortunately, we can’t arrange shipping on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays.
With all made-to-order garments, once your order has been processed to production we will email you with an estimated delivery timeframe.
DOMESTIC
Free express shipping on all Australian orders via AUSPOST.
INTERNATIONAL
Flat rate fee of AUD $50.00. All international orders are dispatched via DHL express. No returns or exchanges are accepted for international purchases, all international orders are final.
by iLARIA ROMEO reserves the right to deny shipping to any country which is deemed ‘risky’, or requests transit insurance to be paid on the parcel.
TAXES & DUTIES
Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders. All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if refusal of the shipment occurs upon delivery. If an order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by the customer for the package to clear customs. Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of an order directly on the package and to mark it as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law, from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We are unable to deliver to P.O Boxes, Parcel lockers or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
If you provide a business address for delivery, please specify the name of the business. If no one is available to sign for a delivery, Australia Post will leave an “attempted delivery” card. The parcel will be redirected by Australia Post to your local post office for you to pick up.
TRACK MY ORDER
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the system of the nominated shipping carrier after receiving your tracking number.
COUIER SERVICE
by iLARIA ROMEO despatches through Australia post for Australian customers and DHL for international customers. All deliveries of Goods require a signature upon receipt of delivery so please ensure the delivery address is attended.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If a customer makes an error when providing a shipping address during the checkout process, by iLARIA ROMEO will not be held liable once the product has been shipped.
If you realise you have incorrectly provided your address/details or have a change in shipment address, please notify us immediately via email info@byilariaromeo.com So we can update your new shipping details whilst your garment is still in production prior to shipment.
All shipping delivery times advised are provided by our shipping carriers. by iLARIA ROMEO will not be held liable for any delivery delays made by our shipping carrier and their associates.
by iLARIA ROMEO is not held liable for any unforeseen delays made by customs officials/ shipping carriers and natural disasters during shipment.
It is your duty to monitor the tracking status of your parcel. Failure to claim/collect your parcel within a reasonable timeframe (set by the postal system of your country) may result in your parcel being returned to us. In the event your parcel is returned to us, a re-shipping fee will then apply to return the item to you.
