Shipping

by iLARIA ROMEO is an Australian-based label. All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (AEST). Please note that we are unable to process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

As all garments are made-to-order, once your piece has entered production you will receive an email with an estimated delivery timeframe.

SHIPPING RATES

Domestic (Australia)
 We offer complimentary express shipping on all Australian orders via Australia Post.
International A flat rate of AUD $50 applies to all international orders, shipped via DHL Express.

Please note, all international purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

by iLARIA ROMEO reserves the right to decline shipping to any destination deemed high-risk, or to request transit insurance prior to dispatch.

Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid for the parcel to be released by customs.
Please note:

• Customs authorities require us to declare the full value of your order and mark it as dutiable merchandise.
• We are legally unable to declare items as “gifts.”
• Charges may still apply even if a shipment is refused upon delivery.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information, as clearance processes and fees vary by country. Customs authorities may also delay or deny the release of shipments in rare cases.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, parcel lockers, or APO/FPO addresses. A valid residential or business address is required.

For business deliveries, please include the business name at checkout.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available, Australia Post will leave a collection card and redirect your parcel to your local post office.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Courier Services

Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure the delivery address is attended.

• by iLARIA ROMEO is not liable for incorrect shipping details provided at checkout once an order has been dispatched.
• If you need to amend your address, please contact us immediately at info@byilariaromeo.com while your garment is still in production.
• Delivery timeframes are provided by third-party carriers and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural events.
• Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information. If a parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, a re-shipping fee will apply.
