Made-to-order Policy

At by iLARIA ROMEO, we are committed to creating one-of-a-kind garments that reflect our values as an eco-conscious, slow-fashion label. Our made-to-order model allows each piece to be crafted with exceptional care, precision, and attention to detail by our designer.

All designs displayed online as made-to-order are produced exactly as shown. While we celebrate individuality, we do not currently offer custom design or personalisation beyond the existing designs.

As each garment is produced specifically for you, all made-to-order items require a production period. Production timeframes vary depending on the design and are clearly stated in each product description.

Please note that made-to-order garments are not held as physical stock and production begins only once an order has been placed. In some instances, select styles and sizes may be available for immediate purchase. If you have a specific deadline, we recommend contacting us prior to placing your order to confirm availability.

Cancellation policy We understand that circumstances may change and aim to be as accommodating as possible.

Cancellation period:

Orders for made-to-order garments may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, production may have commenced and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Cancellation Process:

To request a cancellation, please email info@byilariaromeo.com as soon as possible, including your order confirmation details. Requests received within the 24-hour window will be reviewed and accommodated where possible.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Cancellations after 24 hours:

If a cancellation request is made outside the 24-hour timeframe, a full refund will not be available. A 50% production fee will be retained, and 50% of the total purchase price will be refunded.

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, as the garment must be completed in full.
