Made-to-order Policy

by iLARIA ROMEO would like to provide customers with one-of-a-kind pieces as an eco-fashion label. Our made-to-order policy ensures that each item is crafted by our designer with the utmost care and attention to detail.

by iLARIA ROMEO designs that are currently made-to-order and are shown online as is. While we appreciate individuality and personalisation, at this stage we do not currently offer custom design.

All made-to-order garments require a production time to be produced, this timeframe will differ depending on design and is advertised in the product description of each garment.

Please note: Made-to-order garments are not physically in stock and only commence production once an order has been placed online. However, in some circumstances, some styles and sizes may be held in stock and available for immediate purchase. If you are on a time constraint, please contact us to confirm garment availability.

Cancellation policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. 

Cancellation period: You may cancel your make-to-order garment within 24-hours of placing the order for a full refund. However, after this period, production may have already begun, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Cancellation Process: To cancel your order, please email info@byilariaromeo.com as soon as possible with your order confirmation. We will do our best to accommodate your request if it falls within the cancellation period.

Refund Processing: If your order is eligible for cancellation and a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

Partial Refunds: If you decide to cancel your order for any circumstance, out of the 24-hour timeframe, you will not be entitled to a full refund. Instead, we will deduct a 50% 'production fee' from the refund total. Which means by iLARIA ROMEO will only refund you 50% of the full total price paid on purchase.

We insist you understand once an order has been placed and production has commenced the order cannot be cancelled. We will still need to continue manufacturing the garment to completion.
